Clinical Supervisor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Community-Based Services
Location: Houston, Fort Worth, Galveston, Beaumont
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Overview:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) and Community Support Service Providers (CSSPs). Ensure service delivery aligns with best practices and agency standards for Targeted Case Management, Skills Training, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Medication Training services.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group supervision to clinical team members
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state, and CARF standards
Review and approve treatment plans and progress notes
Support clinical decision-making and crisis response
Collaborate with administrative team to support staff development
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Supervisory experience preferred
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)Location: Houston, Fort Worth, Galveston, Beaumont

Overview:
Provide direct services to children, adolescents, and adults in the community and home settings, focusing on developing skills that support daily functioning, emotional regulation, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skills training and psychosocial rehabilitation services
Provide medication training and education
Coordinate and monitor Targeted Case Management
Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams
Complete documentation within required timeframes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
Must meet Texas HHSC QMHP-CS qualifications
Strong communication and time management skills
Community Support Service Provider (CSSP)Location: Houston, Fort Worth, Galveston, Beaumont
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Overview:
Support clients with complex needs by providing targeted case management, skill building, and resource coordination services that promote stability and progress in the home and community.
Duties Include:
Assist clients in accessing community resources
Deliver rehabilitative skills training and medication education
Document services and track client progress
Work under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor and treatment team
Requirements:
High school diploma with relevant experience, or Associate's/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiarity with community resources and a passion for helping others
Reliable transportation and ability to work in field-based settings
